The track of land was apparently in the area on the Orange County / Ulster County border, and may have originally been in Ulster County. I have looked through the Ulster and Orange County grantor and grantee indices available through the local FHC trying to find the original deed, but to no avail. There were other siblings. Susanna and Conrad CROEK apparently moved to Kingston from elsewhere, perhaps New Jersey or Philadelphia. Does anyone know where they came from? James R.
